We’ll be using both moderate and heavy weight dumbells to not only strengthen your lower body, but boost your metabolism in the process!!!
Equipment Needed:
A variety of weighted dumbbells. I’ll be using 10’s, 12’s, 15’s, 20’s and 25’s, however, feel free to pull out even heavier or lighter weights if desired.
A 6 inch high step (One riser underneath the platform)
