I am almost 44, been exercising since March 3rd. been doing Cathe since April. I have lost 28 lbs, I am 5'2", and 110. I started at 138. I am not finished yet, I still am not exactly where I want to be, and I do exercise alot, about 2 hrs a day, sometimes 2-1/2. I will continue to do it this way till I get to my goal, then I will slow down some and maintain, but I will always exercise. I love these exercises of Cathe's, she really challenges you.
SO, don't let folks get to you, as long as your healthy, not skipping meals, and being careful, have fun with it :7 .. those who make comments are usually those who can stand to lose 50 or so lbs themselves ... blessing, Rhonda
