O.k., she's just nuts!!!!

So I get HSTA in the mail today and I have it out of the box, foam peanuts flying, unwrapped, and in the dvd player before the UPS guy left my driveway. I'm viewing this thing for the first time. Everything looks great, tough (which translates to great) until she gets to the 'cross over push-ups' and I say to no one "O.k., she's just nuts:D " If she wants me screaming for mercy, I think she is going to get her way! Are those things possible?

Well, at least during the stretch she allows me "to hug my hamstring because it worked so hard";) I love the things she says! She is too adorable!

Yeah they are do able but tough. I had to work my way up to doing them and those darn one armed tricep dips!!! I love this workout. :D

I had to do them on my knees. One day I will be able to do those on my toes : ) I didn't even attempt the one armed tricep dip. I was doing what Cedie was doing. Great workout

I did the very same thing when I got that dvd from the UPS driver. They must think we are all nuts the way we fly back inside once we get our present from Step N Motion. :D

My husband couldn't stop laughing at me as I scrambled to get the dvd in the machine. He is the type when I am doing Step Blast to jump on my step and start dancing like "a man". He thinks he is so cute. :+

Anyways, I thought she was nuts too with those push ups! I love the comments that she makes when she says one more and then "What" like she just surprised herself. Her comments always make me laugh no matter how many times I have heard them before. That is what gets me through the tough parts.

Without those tough parts, she wouldn't be Cathe, and we wouldn't love her as much as we do.

Thank you Cathe!!

Hi! I love all the push up variations in this workout! I did not have much trouble with the cross over pushups. I do struggle through the decline pushups though..

Enjoy the workout and let us know what you think once you try it..

This is an awesome workout. I, too, love the variations. I'll check back w/ y'all when I master the one-armed dips with the opposite leg extended! WUWT? ENJOY!

The crossover push-ups was the main reason I purchased HSTA. It looked very challenging, and believe me it was in the beginning. Not saying I'm a pro, but my form gets better & better each time I do it. Stick with it and before you know it, you'll be doing it with ease.

This workout was not on deck today but I wanted to see if the cardio would take practice and I was able to do it with no problems. Then, I said "What the heck, see if you can do those cross over push ups." To my amazement, I was able to do them...all of them! O.k., o.k., I wasn't dipping as low as Cathe but I am sore from the chest work in ME that I did on Monday. Also, I had a 4 year old trying to do them with me...on the same step!:D :D :D

Conclusion: Yes, they are do able and YES, Cathe is nuts!:D :D :D Thank goodness, too! My body LOVES her!!!!!!!!!!!!
