<---is sad to announce house deal didn't go through but all is good(at least we still have place to live so it could be worse)
<---was on a time frame with my mom and mortage broker was so clueless an ape could have done a better job but its a long story of mom had to sign a new lease at a certain point and the stupid broker couldn't find a decent mortage by then
