Novice stepper LOVING Step Challenge!

I am fairly new to Cathe and a very novice stepper. My first Cathe's video's were Hiit Pyramid and 40/20 (downloads) and Intensity. I had never stepped in my entire life but it looked fun and wanted to challenge myself. Could you imagine what I looked like trying Intensity as my very first step workout?! I spent my whole time looking at the screen saying "ummm what?". I think I burned 50 cal just looking at the screen. Well, determined to "get it" I tried a more basic video (basic step) which helped me get through Intensity. I have since then tried harder and more complex step, but still consider myself novice. To be honest, I don't think I am very good, but I try and it engages my mind so I like that. That being said, I am really enjoying Step Challenge. I love the moves, they are so fun, and since I have a hard time with it, I am even more determined to nail the moves. I have the downloads and I keep going on my computer and picking the parts where I get stuck, view it, try the move, repeat. Anyone else loving this one? I am a little obsessed with it...:eek:

I'm laughing at the above....:p....because that's me! I still can't figure it out (maybe its my big feet).
 
Welcome to the Forums & welcome to the wide world of Cathe! You are going to LOVE all the various workouts that she offers - & once you have the basics down, then it's just a matter of fine tuning the different curves she throws at you to keep things new & different. I love step, but I would never have wanted to start with Intensity! What a trooper you are for not giving up after that! LOL
