November Personal Rotation Tuesday 2,2005

Hey ladies,

Yesterday was Pub,Mis shoulders and supposedly tri's and Bi's but was too sore from day before to continue. So today is PUB,MIS bi and tri's with cormax 1.

Yesterday was KPC and today is Lowmax. I might do some extra time on the treadmill since I was still eating Halloween candy yesterday.;(

Good morning Kim, Becky, Wendy.. I am feeling pretty good today. I have today and tomorrow to work, then I'm off until 11-15!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!

Yesterday was LowMax and back/chest from PUB and Timesaver.

Today is an hour power walk, CM and SM.

I am switching the days on the w/o because after doing HCXtreme Sun, KPC Monday and LowMax yesterday, I need a lower intensity w/o today. Will do HSC tomorrow.

Today will be a total body endurance WO so it will be either PH or ME. I'm thinking ME for a change, I just did PH on Monday.

Hi Ladies!

Looks like everyone has good workouts going on. Today is suppose to be Imax 3, Intervals twice,GS B,S,B, MM B,S,b + abs for the rotation I am doing. I however did imax2 and a jillian Michaels workout yesterday so I am going to sub running for inax3 today.

I see some of you have joined the clean eating thread. I wish you all the best in whatever your goals are. I know with the holidays coming up there will be some challenging moments!

Good morning all,

You guys are into some great workouts today! I am going to be doing all kinds of goofy switching on this rotation after today. I don't have the opportunity to run, and my time is rather limited, but oh well...

Today was HSC.

I will be doing 30 minutes of Christi tomorrow, then the stretchmax and coremax.

Last night was Low Max and S&H Bi's & Tri's. Tonight should be High Step Challange - but I might switch that to Thursday - this is my kids free night - so might take advantage and do something fun... :)

Hi good morning everyone. Today is Low Max. I will add the TAEBO advanced live nº 8.Becky we are in the same boat. I might do some extra cardio time since I have eaten cheetos today. I have not excuses. I am determined to get back into good habits. I will eat well during the rest of the day, I will do LM and TAEBO and then I will ride my exercise bike for 1 hour.

I just got done with ME and I am off for a walk. I'm a little shaky but that's ok. Hopefully I won't fall down. I know if I had to carry anything for a distance I would definatley drop it.

Sounds like everyone is doing great! Keep up the good work ladies. We have to be deligent (sp) now with the holidays coming. No slacking off! Right?

My workout is done and my eating good so far!

I did LM 1-4 45 min.(just wasn't feeling it today, not sweating or anything so I quit early and rode my bike) and stationary bike 45 minute.
Will probably walk later with DH too.........

Mariangeles that is a lot of cardio, WOW! You do the toughest workouts!!!

I feel good today, like I am sick of sugar and candy , so that is GOOD! I just hope I KEEP feeling like that all day!
If I just HAVE to snack tonight , I'll have yogurt!
 
Hi Everyone,

It looks like we are off to a great start. I plan on doing an interval run on the elliptical at lunch today. I did run almost 6 miles yesterday at lunch. Running used to be my favorite cardio and I am just getting myself back into it.

I wish I could contribute to this type of conversation thread, but I just don't have all the Cathe w/o DVDs. Soon though! I hope! lol Keep up the good work on the november rotation everyone!:7
 
Lanie If you don't have all the Cathe's workouts I can post suggestions. Tell me the workouts you don't have and I will see what can substitute those workouts.

My workouts is almost done.Becky ,yes, it is a hard workout. I have just done LM, TAEBO advanced live nº8, one segment of the quick fix cardio kick of Janis saffell and TJ cardio party nº1.Later I will ride my stationary bike.I need to kick my butt to burn the calories of the cheetos I ate.

I am having a fun time doing this rotation.It's great to do this rotation together. See you tomorrow.

Hello ladies,

It's good to see everyone here today! I was supposed to do Pub,Mis tri's and bi's with coremax but I am so doggone sore from Mon. and tue's workout. So I decided to let this be my rest day and pick it up tomorrow. My arms are so sore!x( I've never felt soreness like this after lifting weights. I think it is because I tried a different way of working out with weights. So I have to workout sunday instead of the day off. I really should make Wednesdays my day off anyway!

I did ME this morning, and my forearms are killing me from the dead rows I guess. Tomorrow my rotation calls for PS Legs and Abs and a 20 min. run. I'm going to sub GS Legs and do something from Ab Hits and a 45 min. powerwalk. I don't have work until 5:30 so I could work out at my leisure. I will do my leg work early tho so I can get some CleanMax in too.

DH started night shift last night. He'll be working 8-8 for about 6 weeks or so. It's nice being alone here. The boys will be going to bed in an hour and I'll have quiet time to myself. Things are pretty much the same around here. I'll be staying until he gets back from Iraq.

How's your PT going?

Hey Kali, Kim, Becky, everyone else.....

Becky, you'll get hold of that eating. I'm on day four of being good after my tortilla chip fiasco. I'm in damage control mode nowx( It seems like I spend half my life in damage control mode!!!x(

I finished my workout. I had a great one hour power walk and it felt so good to get outside. I did CM#1 and SM#1.

Tomorrow is HSC and instead of taking a rest day Friday, I'm going PLB and that 20 minute run and taking Saturday as my rest day. We'll be traveling overnight to Oklahoma and I will need Saturday to recup.

Talk to y'all tomorrow.... sleep tight!
 
Hey Kali,

ME is a tough workout and those biceps are killer. I went to the Podiatrist today and he said that I was on my way to recovery. He said to just keep going to PT until they think I am okay to be released. So things are looking up!


I have missed talking to you! I know things are hectic and they are here too! Are you still liking the job?

Oh that's great news Kim! I'm so happy for you! You'll be 100% in no time!

Yes I love my job! I really have a lot of fun there. There's a lot to be done there, and you're always busy even if the store isn't. And all the managers are really cool. So I'm glad with the choice I made.

I hate that I don't have the time I did before, but I knew it would happen when I got a job. I just make the most of my time off.
I didn't realize just how much time I spent in here before I started working!
