November Personal Rotation Tuesday 2,2005

Good morning ladies!!

This morning I did Gym Style: Back, Shoulder and Biceps..my arms are so sore I can hardly hold onto my protein shake..LOL!!

lunch time: I am planning on 25 mintues of HIIT on my Elliptical.

Late afternoon: P90X AB ripper X.

Yesterday was: Chakra Yoga with Gurutej Kaur for me..a rest day!
 
Denise-Just the person i was looking for! You gave me a link to an elliptical and I am now ready to buy one. Could you give me that again please? Do the ramps go up and down and does it plug in or go off battery? Thanks!
