Nov Rotation & Weights

Hey all,

I'm new to all of these videos (but I've been doing others for quite some time, hence the KB - kickboxing!). I purchased the 4 new videos and was really interested in the rotation listed. When I reviewed it, I noticed that there were no days set for doing weights. So I wanted to know if the new videos counted as weights or if I still had to fit that in separately.

Please let me know, because I really want to start these ASAP, and I want to do it right.

Thanks!!

I wouldn't count this as weight work as in you will build muscle doing this rotation, but I don't feel like I will lose it all doing the November rotation. After this rotation, I plan on hitting the weights hard. I'm currently finishing up week 2 and although, I consider myself pretty strong (maybe not Aqua-jock strong), am being humbled by some of the sequencing in these workouts.

I see. I just started doing Cathe's muscle max, and I loved it, which is why I got the other videos. I don't want to lose what I have gained, but I don't have time to do everything either.

Maybe I'll just follow your lead and hit the weights hard after this rotation :)

Thanks!

Ladies: that is exactly what I was thinking of doing as well. I'm following cathe's november 2006 rotation and I really don't think I'm losing muscle here. But, I do wanna do a day just for weights. So, I'm gonna do that in December! We should be ok, right???

take care:)

I hope so! What I didn't realize before is that there are weight segements in the vidoes. I haven't done them all yet, but from reading, I think the upper body may need a little more help. The B&G seems to cover the lower very well (at least for me. I am now VERY aware of my rear! haha!).

I am a little concerned about losing the little upper body muscle I have gained, so i may go against what I originally said and add in the upper body segement from Muscle Max.

Good Luck!

Hello
I did Muscle Max upper body last night and BM2 upper body it was tough! Just an idea hope you like it:)

Hmmm...Yes, I like it. I really want to see a change in my body and I'm not the most patient person on the planet :) haha! I don't want to leave my weights behind while I do these videos either. I like the idea of the weights with the videos. I guess I get a little lost on when to do what because I know you're not supposed to work the same muscle on the following day. Do you also do any additions to the lower body? I find that to be my most difficult area, although the b&G workout is a great killer for me :)

I want to keep my legs slim and lean so I dont use heavy weights all that often. Sometimes I will mix my videos, I'll do Kick max leg conditioning drills, Gym style legs floor work only and Legs and glutes ankle weight work only:)

I'd have to say we are ALL VERY AWARE of our rear after doing B & G. I love this workout!!!

Well, I haven't been following the rotation exactly. I have been splitting BM2 into two and doing the "Double Upper Body" premix on the second day (step & circuits on the first). This increased the length of the rotation for me, but it's working out really well so far.
