Nov rotation question

Hi Cathe, I was just looking at the November rotation and I would love to give this a try when I receive my new dvds. What do you think would be a good substitute for Body Fusion? I am ordering stretch max today it looks awesome I have a treadmill at home so perfect for the runs. It looks great


I did post this on the rotation sight as well, sorry for those of you who had to read this more than once.

Hi Deb! I think you meant to say cardio fusion...which is an all cardio workout. Any cardio activity can be used for an all cardio workout. As for stretching...I have two stretching tapes: Stretch Max and Total Body Stretching. If you haven't already ordered, you can view our clips or ask others for opinions to see which one suits you best. Have fun!

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question I am happy about that I am hoping and praying I get it in my pre order if not I will purchase it if available. I pre ordered only several months ago. Thank you for your reply. Two stretching tapes maybe I need both I think I do
