Nov '6 Shock Your Body??

Good morning everyone!!:)

Has anyone completed the November '6 rotation, "Shock Your Body?"
Did you like it, I started week 2 yesterday, and am finding it pretty tough, I forgot how challenging some of Cathe's new workouts are!!
I just got done with the '5 Rock Bottoms, which used her older workouts.So I put the new ones on the shelf for a month, and boy, even LIC is tough!:) Love it!

I just finished this rotation. I didn't start noticing results until the middle of the third week but I can tell my endurance is a lot stronger. My abs have toned up a lot from this! I think you will enjoy this one. The step workouts become more fun the more you do them. I just thought Cardio Fusion was the toughest out of them all. It really challenged me!

I completed the November'6 rotation," Shock Your Body".
It was my first Cathe rotation! I lost a lot of weight with that rotation. It was pretty tought for me ,too. What really got me going was Cathe's new workouts.I love her new workouts! Hang in there!
How did you like "Rock Bottoms'5"?

I really liked Rock Bottoms, but had to modify the extra booty workout-my hip does not allow for very good squats, lunges or even deadlifts, but I did the best I could and have to say I felt like it did help my "bottom line!":) In fact, I am adding the floorwork segment from B&G in the evenings, twice a week during the Nov '6 rotation I am doing. This rotation is good for me, I am more used to lifting heavier weights at night and doing cardio in the AM, and this rotation is more endurance focused-so indeed, it is "shocking" my body!
Heidisue, you are so right about the step! I am so bad at it, but have noticed that I am getting so much better the more I do it! Yeah!!:) BodyMax2 still scares me though, good grief, 90 minutes??? Eeek.
I think after this rotation, I will try either the new April one Cathe just posted or Fitness Freaks "Ready For Summer" rotation.:)

tneah - i'm interested to hear what you thought of the Nov 06 rotation. I just printed it out today as I got all the new DVDs (apart from Cardio Fusion) on Friday so thought I would give it a try. It will be the first Cathe rotation I've done.

I expect I might be doing a few premixes instead of the whole thing in places ...

Hi Everyone! This month's rotation will focus on shocking your body with the new workouts. There are two rotations here. The 4 week plan and the 5 week plan. The 5 week plan is for those who prefer longer recovery between their workouts or who are especially sore after week one. Also, if you don't want to know what your surprise gift is then be sure not to read this rotation until after you receive your package (yikes, like that's not the biggest clue ever, ha) Enjoy!

FOUR WEEK PLAN

WEEK ONE:

Mon: Body Max 2 (BM2)

Tues: 20 minute run and segment one stretch max

Wed: Low Impact Circuit (LIC)

Thurs: 20 minute run and bonus Abs from Butts and Guts

Fri: Drill Max

Sat: off

Sun: Butt's and Guts (B&G)



WEEK TWO:

Mon: LIC (premix 3)

Tues: BM2 (just warm up and first 30 minute step segment). Bonus Abs from B&G

Wed: Drill Max

Thurs: Run 45 minutes and stretch max segment 2.

Fri: B&G

Sat: Cardio Fusion

Sun: Off



WEEK THREE:

Mon: Drill Max

Tues: Kick Punch and Crunch

Wed: BM2

Thurs: run for 30 minutes and so Stretch Max seg 3

Fri: B&G

Sat: off

Sun: LIC


WEEK FOUR:


Mon: Cardio Fusion

Tues: B&G

Wed: LIC (Cardio Blast Timesaver premix)plus LIC Abs

Thurs: off

Fri: BM2

Sat: 30 minute run plus segment one Stretch Max

Sun: Drill Max

Tues: 30 minute run plus segment one Stretch Max

Tues: BM2 Warm up and first 30 minute step segment /plus/ LIC (Cardio Blast Timesaver premix)/plus/ LIC Abs
