Sorry gals, I never quite know what to call this thread.sigh.

I can't believe I am starting it again,where is everybody?!?

I did 7 out of 10 min. of the warmup to RS then did the step portion only off of MIC, and then did abs off of PSBB&A. I am finding it harder and harder to make it through a step workout.;( Not sure why either. Other than my past foot problems and now hip pain. I think I am just getting old,sigh,LOL!!:D

Hi Annette: It's sad to see this thread shrinking so I'm gonna try to check-in more regularly!!! Sorry to hear that stepping is not feeling as comfortable as it used to, you're such a trooper to keep at it! Hope you feel like your (not so) old self soon!

I taught BodyPump and BodyFlow this morning. I had a full house for both classes and it was a lot of fun. My daughter was kind enough to share a cold with me so I had to stop at one point to cough up a lung:+ :p I felt a bit frustrated that when I tried to speak my throat would catch but I pulled myself together and everyone was very kind and understanding.

Hi Ladies,

I had a great workout tis morning, I did Kickmax, love this workout. Tonight, I'm going to revisit ME it has been a least a year or more since I did this workout. So wish me strength :) :9 because I’m going to need it.

Ladies, there is a personal rotation check-in with many people checking in on it. We all aren't following the exact same rotation, so you can kind of look at it as an exercise check-in. Perhaps you could join in there!

I see it now, but why did someone start a new check in when we have always had this one? This is one of the longer running threads on this board.

Hey all! This morning I did intervals 1-6 from IMAX2, I used to be able to do the whole thing in one shot...but I fell off the wagon for the past couple of months, but I'm so back into it! Woo hoo!:eek: :eek: I know it isn't the november rotation exercise...but I don't have all the DVD's... so I manage with what I got so far...teehee.
 
Afternoon Ladies.:)

Just finished my first attempt at IMAX 3 plus PH ab work. I the did interval 1-5 premix of IMAX 3. It was easier than it should have been b/c I spent some time with the "WTF!?!" look on my face as I stood there doing NOTHING! LOL :p :7 :p It happened a few times but I still got a good work out. This is NOT going to be an easy work out to complete in full! I have a feeling it will take a lot longer to work up to then IMAX 2 for me!:eek: I am also not fond of jumping on and off the step...I have always avoided it until now. I tried it today for the first time...I did okay but it makes me VERY nervous. I w/o in a small room with LOTS of potential for taking a header into walls, windows, a door, my weight rack, the tv, etc. If it weren't for this fact I wouldn't be sooo leary of it...plus the fact that I know how clutzy I can be!:p

Oh well.LOL

LOL Wendy!!!! No headers into the walls or out the window!!!! IMAX3 took longer for me to master than IMAX1 or 2 but I finally got it. You will too. Just keep doing it.

Today was HSC, a good sweat.:)
