NOV 06' Rotation...Shock Your Body

Hi Everyone! This month's rotation will focus on shocking your body with the new workouts. There are two rotations here. The 4 week plan and the 5 week plan. The 5 week plan is for those who prefer longer recovery between their workouts or who are especially sore after week one. Also, if you don't want to know what your surprise gift is then be sure not to read this rotation until after you receive your package (yikes, like that's not the biggest clue ever, ha) Enjoy!

FOUR WEEK PLAN

WEEK ONE:

Mon: Body Max 2 (BM2)

Tues: 20 minute run and segment one stretch max

Wed: Low Impact Circuit (LIC)

Thurs: 20 minute run and bonus Abs from Butts and Guts

Fri: Drill Max

Sat: off

Sun: Butt's and Guts (B&G)



WEEK TWO:

Mon: LIC (premix 3)

Tues: BM2 (just warm up and first 30 minute step segment). Bonus Abs from B&G

Wed: Drill Max

Thurs: Run 45 minutes and stretch max segment 2.

Fri: B&G

Sat: Cardio Fusion

Sun: Off



WEEK THREE:

Mon: Drill Max

Tues: Kick Punch and Crunch

Wed: BM2

Thurs: run for 30 minutes and so Stretch Max seg 3

Fri: B&G

Sat: off

Sun: LIC


WEEK FOUR:


Mon: Cardio Fusion

Tues: B&G

Wed: LIC (Cardio Blast Timesaver premix)plus LIC Abs

Thurs: off

Fri: BM2

Sat: 30 minute run plus segment one Stretch Max

Sun: Drill Max





FIVE WEEK PLAN:

WEEK ONE:

Mon: Drill Max

Tues: 30 minute run plus segment one Stretch Max

Wed: off

Thurs: BM2

Fri: off

Sat: B&G

Sun: off


WEEK TWO:

Mon: LIC

Tues: 20 minute interval run plus B&G Bonus abs only segment two Stretch Max

Wed: off

Thurs: BM2

Fri: KPC

Sat: Drill Max

Sun: off



WEEK THREE:

Mon: B&G

Tues: BM2 Warm up and first 30 minute step segment /plus/ LIC (Cardio Blast Timesaver premix)/plus/ LIC Abs

Wed: off

Thurs: Drill Max

Fri: 20 minute interval run /plus/ B&G bonus abs only /plus/ seg 3 stretch max

Sat: Cardio Fusion

Sun: off



WEEK FOUR:

Mon: Imax 2

Tues: LIC (premix 1) /plus/ BM2 (premix 3)

Wed: B&G

Thurs: Pyramid Upper Body

Fri: Brisk 30 minute walk plus Total Body Stretching segment one

Sat: Drill Max

Sun: off


WEEK FIVE:

Mon: Cardio Fusion

Tues: B&G

Wed: Run 50 minutes and segment one Stretch Max

Thurs: Off

Fri: LIC

Sat: off

Sun: Drill Max (premix 4) BM2 (premix 3)

Thanks so much Cathe! I will get my DVD's on Monday! Just in time to start my rotations on Wed. (I start all my rotations on Wed since I have to be off on Tuesdays)

Sorry one more thing,do any of you have stretch max I am thinking I should add this in to my collection. I have everything else except body fusion.

It is just me again sorry. I found body fusion on Cathe's dvds but I don't have it anymore, what do you Gals think would be a good substitute? I think stretch max sounds awesome. I need to get that one ordered.

Oh this looks good. I think I will print this one off and start doing it shortly after the baby is born. I should be able to fit these workouts into my hectic schedule.

Thanks for the great rotation.

The "5 week Plan" in the 4th week, has no Fri. in it. Does that mean a rest day?
