May I suggest the following mish mosh:

C&W step only premix minus CD & Stretch OR Imax 3 WU & step combo's only no intervals
Step Blast Challenge only
BC Cardio only premix
KM BC Challenge only
Stretch of choice

You know Janie...I got to looking at this 5 week rotation as I am doing it. And on week 4 she does not have a run listed as she does in the other 4 weeks. My guess is that Friday would be a run of some sort followed by a Stretchmax segment....just a guess...:)
