Yes, I've been eyeing Travel Fit, but it's not downloadable yet. They say it will be in April. I might wait till then so I can carry it on my iPhone when I travel.
I love doing Cathe workouts for both weights and cardio. This morning I did Slow & Heavy biceps & triceps.
