What non-Cathe workouts do you all do?? I recently got and love Kelly Coffey's Get Ready, Step, Go! Now I am thinking of trying her other one - The Shape of things to Come. Has anyone tried this one? and if so do you like it? I was also thinking of trying Pam Cosmi (I don't know if I spelled it the right way). Did anyone try her workout and if so what do you think??
