I have been working out for quite some time. About three weeks ago I decided to add one more cardio session to my workout week. I now do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio four times per week and do a total body weights three days per week. I have not lost one stinkin' pound!!! My short term goal is to lose five pounds, just 5 pounds!!! and I cant do it. Unfortunately i did not take my measurements but I have noticed that some of the buldges around the mid section are shrinking. I also notice a little tightening in the legs and arms but no definition to speak of.
Should I skip the total body weights and concentrate on heavier weights like PUB/PLB? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
