No upper body in new workouts?

I noticed there are two separate DVDs focusing on legs in the upcoming workout series Cathe is working on, but none of them seem to be described as an upper body workout. Will FlexTrain have an upper body section? It's described as a cross between Super Cuts and Power Hour, so I'm a bit confused if this is going to be a full body weight workout (more like Power Hour) or a circuit type workout (more like Super Cuts)? I'm hoping for more of a weight training workout, myself, so that the upper body doesn't get neglected.

I'm not sure this completely answers your questions, but in a previous post, Cathe explained this is NOT a series. Therefore, it may not include all the components that we've seen in LIS or XTRAIN. I think she suggested supplementing a series with these workouts, much like we do with TTM & CF.

Hope that helps.

Between the Burn Sets, Hard Strikes, weights work for upper body and all the weight training for upper body on the circuit style workouts in Xtrain, there is a ton of upper body work in Xtrain.

When Xtrain was released, someone wrote in to ask why there was not a lot of lower body work in Xtrain. Similar comment really. But I agree with the previous poster: no one series can necessarily do it all and there are already so many releases within Cathe's DVD fitness library, that it is up to us to pull what we need from previous workouts and series and blend it with the new releases in a way that suits us, to get the body work we want done.

I really don't think, looking at all the upper body work in Xtrain, that we can worry about the upper body muscles groups getting neglected.

8 New Cathe Videos

As others have already mentioned the new workouts are not a series and after the pre-sale ends will only be sold individually. But we do have tons of upper body workouts, including several in our new XTrain series. Our STS series alone has 24 upper body workouts and our complete library has many more. You can mix and match our new workouts with any of our numerous upper body workouts, so there is no reason to neglect your upper body when using the new workouts.

You know how Cathe includes Bonus sections??? Wouldn't it be HEAVEN if she put a heavy weight UB Bonus on the leg workouts??? I would so love that. Please. . .
