I ran across an article in FitnessRX this morning that I thought I'd share with all of you. We all wish there was a "quick fix" to losing weight and if there was I'd be first in line. But, we all know that hard work and clean eating is the ticket and we just need to DO IT! 
Here is a piece of that article.......
"Hard Work! Don't pay any attention to those magazine articles that promise massive weight loss with little effort. Do 60-90 minutes of aerobics every day and lift weights for a least 30 minutes, two to three times per week if you want to look lean and fit. Also, don't just go through the motions - work it! (In Touch, Aug. 11, 2003)"
Of course, we ALL have our own workout schedules for how much cardio and weights to do, but I thought it put it in perspective for us - HARD WORK! No other way to do it!
