Hi Marcia! I'm not much of a rotation person, but this is what I'm currently doing:
Monday - Slow & Heavy (pick one)
Tuesday - something circuit like Boot Camp or HSTA
Wednesday - another Slow & Heavy (not the same one as Monday)
Thursday - something step or circuit again (depending on what I feel like!)
Friday - the third Slow & Heavy
Saturday - I'm alternating each week between the Gauntlet, Viper, or Imax Xtreme!! This week it's Imax X!
Sunday - rest or do something with Nik if she wants to workout with me. I never miss a chance to workout with my couch potato daughter - LOL!!
See what I mean? I'm just not a rotation person. I do two or three weeks of Slow & Heavy, until I get tired of it, then I start with the Pyramids again or Pure Strength. On weight days when I feel like doing endurance work instead, I do Power Hour or ME. For circuit work I'm alternating Boot Camp, Cardio & Weights, HSTA, Circuit Max and SJ&P. For step I will also substitute an Imax or KPC! Depends on what my body wants at 5:00 AM. Unless it wants sleep. Then I get up and workout anyway - LOL!! If I'm REALLY in a tired mood, I will do an old Firm or TLP for that day. I usually end up doing one about every other week or so, just to keep things fresh. I also have done an old Firm or a TLP on Sundays with Nik. She loves them! She also loves the Timesaver workouts!
