I know we are all jumping the gun here a bit, but I would love more Cardio and Weight type workouts. Also, love Slow and Heavy and Pure Strength and would love more like that. Plus, I love your step aerobic workouts and could never get enough. So more step would be great as well. The workout you started when filming the last 3 DVDs sounded like alot of fun!! I am really looking forward to the new workouts coming soon. And hope another series is at least being considered!:7 Thank-you, Helen
