Hi Cathe! Back in January you were asked if you had any plans to film a next series. You said a part of you wants to film in the next couple of months, but a part of you wants to wait. Have you made any decisions yet?

I'm actually thinking that Cathe may be waiting until the move into her new gym facility is complete, as it will have an inhouse studio. What better way to break it in, than to record a new series for her always desperate Cathe-ites :+

When will that move be, Cathe? :)
 
Hi Susan! Yes, the DVD's we just filmed this past March are the workouts that I decided to film:)

PS...I just noticed that you were asking about a "series" workout. I am still undecided about a time frame for that. I would like to wait until we move into the new facility and film on location, however, nothing is set in stone yet (except the new facility, HA!)

As far as what type of series, that too is undecided. I will be hoping to have everyone's input when we get that far :7
 
I second the vote for more kickboxing videos, yours are the best, but all your tapes are great. Thanks Cathe.

I have to throw in my vote fore another Kickboxing/cardio combo. KPC is excellent! I also love all of your weightlifting DVDs that I own.

Once you go Cathe, nothing else compares! :)
 
Kickboxing/cardio and Slow and Heavy. I've been doing Slow and Heavy (again) the past couple of weeks, and I love that format. I feel a real upper body pump from them and see changes in my arms already. I like knowing up front how many reps I have to get through to rest and knowing that even if I picked a too heavy weight, there are only 8 total to plow through.
 
I really loved your MIC/MIS and Pure Strength Series. I like the slow and heavy as well as your pyramid series but the workouts in sentence number one are just my personal all time favorites.

My vote is for another series like those two. Anybody with me on that?

I know we are all jumping the gun here a bit, but I would love more Cardio and Weight type workouts. Also, love Slow and Heavy and Pure Strength and would love more like that. Plus, I love your step aerobic workouts and could never get enough. So more step would be great as well. The workout you started when filming the last 3 DVDs sounded like alot of fun!! I am really looking forward to the new workouts coming soon. And hope another series is at least being considered!:7 Thank-you, Helen
