Hi all! I am in need of some ratation advice. I tried to pull up some rotations but the links weren't working for me. I am fairly new to Cathe, however I've been working out 5-6 days a week since June 2008. I've since lost 40 lbs (yay me!) and have another 20 to go before I reach my goal. I just seem to be stuck on this stubborn plateau and need a way to kick start it. I started out with Cathe's basic step a few months ago and have slowly been building my Cathe library. It is still *very* small compared to most of you, but I'm working on it! I am not advanced by any means, but I consider myself a solid intermediate. While I'd like to lose another 20 lbs, my ultimate goal is to be as physically fit as possible. I'm getting there with Cathe. My body, at 36 years old, is looking and feeling better than ever! My DH just can't get over it.
Would someone mind taking a look at my very modest DVD collection and suggest a rotation? Right now I just try to alternate certain videos and do whatever I'm in the mood to do. I only have about an hour a day before my children wake up in the morning. Also any suggestions for which video should be my next purchase? Here's what I have to work with now:
Butts and Guts
Muscle Max
Kick Max
Basic Step/Body Fusion
I also have the JM's 30 Day Shred and Ellen Barrett's Pilates
