New Workout Update

While I cannot give any hardcore details on new workouts yet (just too soon) I can share this with you.....I'm working hard on these routines and they are SO intensely fun.

My guess is that amongst many new sizzling exercises, you are going to just love the lateral sumo walks and the compound core crunch that combines an overhead press, a pullover and crunch all in one. Oh, and can't forget the "band" jacks and athletic switch backs either...yup, its all getting nicely ripened now....whatchoo....(whip cracking).

I think you will love how these compound moves make you sweat, pump your heart up and get you strong all in one. And when your finished you still have an elevated metabolism so you KEEP ON burning those cals...and when you've recovered (from your DOMS) you become stronger so you keep that metabolism rev'd and burning fat and calories more efficiently...all day everyday!!!!!
 
Thanks for the update, Cathe. I have not pre-ordered yet but I plan to do so soon. I am so ecstatic about the new low impact workouts you have been doing...just in time for me, as my feet no longer enable me to do the high impact workouts I've been doing with you for years.

Sounds like this will be the perfect thing for me when I finish my STS rotation, which is a ways away, since I am only on week 2, disc 1.

Everytime I do AB or AT .. I think .. OH WOW .. and she is gonna make these HARDER?? :confused::confused::confused::confused: I am scared and SO EXCITED all in one!! :D:D:D
