New videos/New rotations

I know Cathe is probably too busy to answer this question, but I'll post it out here anyway, for "just-in-case"...

Given the intensity of these new videos, how do you see them as being used in a rotation? Once or twice a week, balanced with "lower key" cardio workouts for a number of weeks or as part of an all out kick-butt rotation of a shorter amount, like the three weeks you recommended for the Slow and Heafvy series?

I would really appreciate any input from anyone here from the educated crowd. I am finishing up a rotation recommended to me by another poster here (thanks, Jillybean!). I've had great success with it over the summer and early fall, but now I am really lacking for motivation in my eating and exercising, especially since the time change and was hoping the new tapes would encourage me to keep on keeping on!

My goals are to keep the weight off I have already lost, keep gaining muscle, and keep losing fat.

Anyway - I'm looking forward to your (hopefully numerous)replies!

I'm thinking on doing a rotation for fat loss with some of the Intensity Series, like this:

Monday: Circuit Max
Tuesday: 1/2 hour cardio + 1/2 hour yoga or stretching
Wednesday: Cardio & Weights
Thursday: 1/2 hour cardio + 1/2 hour yoga or stretching
Friday: Boot Camp

Does it sound like too much?

Wow, Mariela - that is exactly how I was going to use Boot Camp and Cardio and Weights - put it with Circuit Max for a circuit rotation! :)

I also thought I would use Muscle Endurance and Power Hour along with Leaner Legs for an endurance rotation...
Mon - Power Hour
Tues - cardio and/or yoga
Wed - Leaner Legs (or if your upper body needs more work CTX Upper Body)
Thurs - Cardio and/or yoga
Fri - Muscle Endurance

I would just use the Pyramid DVD as upper one day, lower one day and the total body compilation on one day. I'm just terrified of IMax2, though. Don't know where that is going to fit in!

Cathe had some rotations in the Intensity Series As A Whole thread. Here's two rotations that I came up with:

Mon - Muscle Endurance
Tues - Imax 2
Wed - Boot Camp or Cardio with Weights
Thursday - light cardio
Friday - Pyramid Lower Body
Saturday - Pyramid Upper Body
Sunday - rest

or

Mon - Cardio with Weights or Boot Camp
Tues - Pyramid Lower Body
Wednesday - light cardio
Thursday - Pyramid Upper Body
Friday - Imax 2
Saturday - Muscle Endurance
Sunday - rest
