Cathlete
I know Cathe is probably too busy to answer this question, but I'll post it out here anyway, for "just-in-case"...
Given the intensity of these new videos, how do you see them as being used in a rotation? Once or twice a week, balanced with "lower key" cardio workouts for a number of weeks or as part of an all out kick-butt rotation of a shorter amount, like the three weeks you recommended for the Slow and Heafvy series?
I would really appreciate any input from anyone here from the educated crowd. I am finishing up a rotation recommended to me by another poster here (thanks, Jillybean!). I've had great success with it over the summer and early fall, but now I am really lacking for motivation in my eating and exercising, especially since the time change and was hoping the new tapes would encourage me to keep on keeping on!
My goals are to keep the weight off I have already lost, keep gaining muscle, and keep losing fat.
Anyway - I'm looking forward to your (hopefully numerous)replies!
