I would love to see Cathe release a video series that has a 5 day rotation. One work out for each day 3 hard cardio, 2 all weight, and one yoga, pilates, stretch. One video for Monday through Friday.

I like that idea.
And to expand:
The three cardios could be 1) interval step; 2) kickboxing; 3) hi-lo with med ball as an upper body intensifier.
The two weight workouts could be an upper/lower body split.
And with the stretch/recovery workout, maybe some balance moves and core work?
6 days would be even better. 3 cardio, 2 weights, and one yoga? I love the idea of having one DVD for each day, . . one set of 6 DVD's sold that way. I'm sure it would cost a pretty penny but I'd buy it. Maybe even a beginner, intermediate, and advanced version for each. Although that would mean that Cathe and her team would have to film 24 different programs, . . although if anyone could do it I'm sure they could. Cathe and the team are tough!

I would buy this in a heart beat. I love all my tapes but I get overwhelmed sometimes, this would have the decision made for me
Ooh, I would go for this, too...I am in the middle of a P90X rotation and would love, love, LOVE if Cathe did something similar. A no-frills, gym-style program with minimal equipment would be ideal, IMO.
