New user needs help from Cathe

Hi Cathe,
I am new to the boards but have been using your DVD's for a few months and love them and I need your advice. I exercise Monday through Friday at 5:00am for one hour as that is the only time I can find while working two jobs. Can you tell me of a rotation using any of your DVD's that will allow me to lose weight (25lbs) and build more lean muscle and definition?
 
I am not Cathe, but here is my suggestion.

First off, you need cardio to burn fat at least 5 times a week. Next, your diet is everything. If you are not eating clean, nothing will help you move the pounds off. I would do cardio (with your schedule 3 times a week and rotate the muscle conditioning twice a week.)
 
I'm not Cathe but I thought I'd chirp in:

I agree with Linda Robinson that you need to do a good consistent blend of cardio and strength training to reach your fat loss goals.

Given your schedule, I'd suggest you use the Cross Train Express (CTX) series and the Timesaver DVD from the Body Blast series in alternating weeks for 4 weeks to get into the rhythm of doing cardio and muscle work each day. CTX might require you to add in a briefer 6th day because Leaner Legs is a stand-alone leg (and ab) workout with no cardio. But I'm sure you can play around with that.

You may want to post here the DVDs you currently have so that Cathe and other chirpers can add more advice.

Thanks, I will try that and hope it will work. Starting Weight watchers along with Cathe and hoping it will do the trick.
 
I have all the DVD's.
My legs are in pretty good shape and musular. I have to work on upper body and abs. Should I concentrate on PUB since I do all her kickboxing DVD's for cardio?
