New to Rotations

I have done a Rotation before and Im wondering about a few things:
1: Do they bulk you up?....I need to slim down my hips/butt area and Im not sure if doing all of the lower body weight stuff basically every day is a good idea
2: Where do you find all of Cathe's old rotations...

Has anyone had any luck slimming down with these rotations? My routine is usually Upper Body 1-2x/wk, Lower Body 1-2x/wk and 3 days of Running/Spinning for Cardio.....any suggestions?

I'm just starting, so I can't answer from personal experience. From what I've read so far, rotations are helpful. I'm looking forward to experimenting with them.

A rotation is just a way of organizing your workouts to reach a certain goal and make sure to balance your workouts. The only way a rotation would bulk you up is if you chose to do workouts that have that effect on you.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that doing a rotation means doing lower body work almost every day. Most don't, unless you are doing a Freestyle-type rotation. Freestyle workouts (working the lower body nearly every day, with lighter weights and higher reps) is actually used to keep from gaining more muscle, so it may be effective for you since you want to slim down your lower body. (Ask about Freestyle in the "Open Discussion" forum: there are several board members who have experience with it, especially Carole (McMain).
