New to Cathe

Hello

Can someone suggest a workout rotation with supersets & push and pull, and butts and guts, amd Low Max DVD's

I am new to Cathe and I really need some support and guidance. I only have 45min a day.

I have tried to do it on my own but need some advice. I'm not sure which ones to do when.

what to do

I'm new to Cathe wos too, here are two links I found useful, one, shows what type of wo, total body, upper, lower, circuit etc. the other is a rotation that has a generic breakdown for 12 week beg, int, adv rotation, generally I noticed though you don't want to do same body parts back to back and alternating circuit training or interval cardio days , maybe you could match things up that way? Hi groenewalds,

You can do something like this and use the premixes on the DVD's you already have;)

Monday - Supersets (SS) 47 min. (Full body workout)
Tuesday – Low Max (LM) premix #1 interval 1-4 incl.w/u and str.) 45 min. (Cardio)
Wednesday – Push & Pull 43 min. (Full body workout)
Thursday – LM premix #2 interval 4-7 (incl.w/u and str.) 44 min. (cardio)
Friday – Butts & Guts (B&G) premix # 3 Leg Blast 47 ½ min. (Lower body)
Saturday – LM premix # 3 Step Combo only (incl. w/u and str.) 44 min. (cardio)
Sunday – rest day!
