I haven't started working out with her videos, yet. I just ordered Supersets/Push Pull. What other videos are a must? Looking to purchse 2 more for now... would like a good cardio one. Also, where can I find a decent priced step? Thanks!!

Hi, me too. I looked around for steps on-line, Amazon, etc. and the best deal is through Cathe's website. You get a club style step with four risers and three of her DVDs (for beginners). She also has several other step packages, so check them out.

Hey Welcome to the Wonderful World of Cathe!

If you looking to lose weight and you are new to cardio workouts, I suggest:

Kick Punch & Crunch
Kick Max
Low Impact Circuit
Low Max (My favorites):) :)

It really depends on which equipment you have...such as High Step Circuit and High Step Training (cardio and weights) are great if you have a high step.

Really they are all pretty good...good luck.

The DVD combo of 'Kick, Punch&Crunch' with 'Legs&Glutes' would have to be pried from my cold dead hands to get me to part with it. The KPnC is the most joyous cardio workout ever, and there is so much variety in combo w/ the LnG- also one of my all time fav leg wo's.
Can't help with step shopping, but you won't necessarily need one for this workout- I substitute a Mission style ottoman for the leg presses.
You might also try before you buy some of the workouts by checking out FitTV.
Happy Hunting!

Hi!
Been with Cathe for about 8 months now and am slowly progressing (and loving her workouts more than anyone I've ever tried). I have Basic Step/Body Fusion, Low Impact Step. I just recorded KPC, LoMax, CoreMax, and StretchMax off of fitv. If I like KPC as much as I think I will I'll probably order the full version of it (same with LoMax). After I feel good about all these I'll get Low Impact Circuit. I would highly recommend previewing the dvd's on Cathe's website or Collagevideo.com, and even trying some off of fittv if you're able to. I think it's helpful to read the reviews on Collage and Cathe's site as well.

As far as a step goes, I was able to purchase the full sized club step from Walmart.com. I found it to be the least expensive option, but haven't really done any comparison shopping lately, so you might want to look around. Also, as someone else mentioned in a previous post, Cathe offers the step plus dvd's so that may be the best deal for you.

Hope that's helpful!

I love Step Jump and Pump/Step Blast. The music is great. The chorography is a little complex, but fun once you get it. My first two purchases from her were Step Max, and Power Max. Power Max is still one of my faves, I use it alot.
