I really want to try a Cathe workout but I have to admit...I am a little scared!! I watched a few clips of her workouts and they look pretty intense. I workout out 6 days a week and I am in pretty good shape. I was wondering what dvd I should start with?? There are so many to choose from!!

Thanks!

Don't be scared!!!! I was for a long time and Missed working out to Cathe for months... she is tough but doable... it's going to be hard at the beginning but then you increase your stamina and strengh and you will be fine :)

What kind of workouts do you do know? what dvds do you have? this will give me an idea on what level you are.

My favorite Cathe's are:

- Cardio & weights and Imax 2
- Body Max 2
- Drill Max (this is is TOUGH for me)
- Legs and glutes
- Butts & Gutts

Yea i agree, there is nothing to be worried about. Cathe is great! have you ever done any step workouts?? If you havent i would stick to drill max, any of the IMAX's, cardio and weights, They dont have a lot of choreography to them. They are all good. Eventually you will get the hang of it and you will be addicted too!!

Jessica, what are you currently doing for your workouts? Cathe's workouts are very easy to modify. Wt work you just lift what you can. Step routines just do what you can and add more the next time. I was fairly new to step and had to do a step workout several times before I was really comfy with it. Just try not to get frustrated with yourself and do what you can.

I actually started with Basic Step/Body Fusion and quickly moved on to other videos. It was a good starting point. Then I got Cardio & Wts which came with IMAX 2(WOW that's a toughie, but goodie). That was a good progression for me. Of course now she has more intermidiate workouts that she didn't have back then. HTH!! Let us know what you decide on and how you are doing ;)

Thanks for the suggestions!! For the past 2 years I have been working out with the Firm and the Slim Series. I have had great results but I am really wanting to challenge myself and I have heard such great things about Cathe videos.

Thanks!
