Hi Crystal,
I would consider getting Cathe's BodyMax. BodyMax contains both cardio and weight work and is about 90 minutes long. It is a good deal for the money.
First there is a warmup, stretch, and a pretty intense step workout for about 35-40 minutes total.
Then, there is a circuit portion that incorporates weighted leg work. This is a muscular endurance type of workout. You get strength gains for your legs while you are new to the workout, but as you become accustomed to the workout, you get more endurance benefits. You will do 5 or 6 mini step routines, each of which is followed by either weighted squats, lunges, plie squats, etc. After the circuits, Cathe does some stretching and cooling down. This portion of BodyMax is intense and tiring. I think it is 25 minutes long.
Then, there is an upper body weight training portion of BodyMax that is more focused on strength gains, rather than endurance. If I recall correctly you do anywhere between 8-16 reps and 2-3 sets of several different upper body exercises.
Finally, you get to stretch and then you are done 90 minutes later. This is a good video to do on the weekend when you have extra time. Or, you can split it up into 2 or 3 different days and do one portion each day.
Good luck.
Linda
