Hi Cathe or anyone else,

I am pretty new to Cathe's workouts. I have been using them for the past 3 months and see great results. I have been working out for 11 years and am very happy with what I look like. My problem is that after my second child gravity took over my chest(3 1/2 yrs ago). I need to firm this area up already. It has been quite frustrating seeing the rest of my body getting results except for my chest. I would like the option to wear those adorable tube tops this summer(hopefully). Can you please recommend a tape that will get me results by this summer?? I am considering purchasing her S&H series and PS series. I need something that will give me results in 4 months!!:)

Thanks in advance!!

While no workout will lift the actual breast tissue (as you probably already know), I recommend doing incline chest work whenever there is flat chest work on a workout (just a 1-riser incline to replace flat chest work, and adding in some 2-riser incline chest exercises.) This can help fill in the area at the top of the chest. I make sure to keep up on incline presses (as heavy as I can) to keep this area from being boney on me.

Hi Kathryn,
I will definitly try doing that. I never really focused on incline work before. Maybe I will actually see some results lifting this way. Thanks for your quick response!!

AILA,

Kathryn always gives excellent advice - so doing them on an inlcine is a great idea.

I have found that pushups - at different tempos or levels such as decline push ups help alot. What really got me to see a big difference in the uplift of my breasts was S & H. I had that series for 2 years before I really dedicated a six week rotation with it. That is when I saw big gains in my muscle development.

It was hard at first to get into S & H for it is really slow paced, lots of rest in between and I didn't really like the rest time - but boy oh boy within a few weeks I saw a big difference - so I think S & H would be a good way to go!
