Hi,
I posted yesterday on the rotation board and it was suggested to come here. I am new to Cathe's web site. I only have about $150 to spend. I don't own any of her workouts - YET! We are leaving on a week long Caribbean vacation on March 13th. I have been doing step/weights/pilates for several years. I probably have a high intermediate level of intensity capacity right now. I am 5'4" and 135 lbs. Would like to lose 5-10 lbs. I follow a pretty healthy diet (Loosely do the South Beach) and according to my Tanita scale I have a 29 % bodyfat. I am around a size 6-8. I am a former gymnast and my lower body has a tendency to bulk up while my upper does not (Pear). I have been doing Debbie Sieber Slim series which I started after 6 weeks of doing her Slim in Six. I really would like to be doing Cathe six days a week from now until vacation and getting really defined. I had a tummy tuck last March after a hysterectomy. I only have a DVD player in my workout room. HELP!! What to do and how to rotate for maximum effect. THANKS!!
