New to Cathe - hell from sunny London !!

RE: New to Cathe - hello from sunny London !!

Hello,

I have Cathe's tapes on DVDs, I don't have the VHS so I can't compare, but I will tell you that the DVDs are excellent and you can move v. easily around programs.

I can reccomend going to www.richersounds.co.uk and get yourself a multi-region DVD player (although Cathe's DVDs are playable on any region, you might want to purchase other DVDs from America). Richer Sounds sells them for under £100. I got mine from there. The picture is v. sharp.

I just wanted to ask if you tried Rhythmic Step? It's v. good, v. challenging. I am learning Step Works and Step Fit at the moment. I know Power Max already.

Hope this helps.

RE: I was at Newcastle University !!!

Hello,

I was wondering if you bought your step already? If not, then try www.proactive-health.co.uk. They do the STEP company one + 2 Reebok step videos for £69.99. I bought mine from there and it's the cheapest I found anywhere. I also bought 2 sets of risers and delivery is around £7.00.

Hello,

I was wondering if you did get round to trying her step tape and what do you think of them?

I bought her dvds and for ages didn't have a dvd player until just over a month ago. When I got it, my first Cathe step tape was Rhythmic Step (one of her fastest). It took me about 4-5 times before I got the moves, but now I love it for in between strenght sessions as it's so fast.

I bought Cardio Hits dvds a few weeks ago and practising Step Works at the moment.
