New Series

Hi everyone,
I am enjoying the new series, haven't done all the tapes but what I have done WOW!

I did bootcamp on Saturday and could barely make it through some of the routines so sometimes I had to walk in place while Cathe was finishing the cardio, weights or ab routines. It was fun though and something to work up to.

I did the PLB on Friday, but had to break it up doing the weights in the morning and the ball routine in the evening. I wasn't as sore as I thought I would be.

This morning I did Muscle Endurance through the second leg routine and plan on finishing it up this evening.

Hopefully breaking up the tapes like this doesn't hurt my progress. I only have 30-40 minutes in the morning to work out and I am doing the body blast rotation. Actually I have Sundays as my rest day so I am starting at the muscle endurance tape and working through the rotation that way.

Anyone else feeling during the new tapes, where you need to take a few rest breaks and just watch Cathe and her gang in Awe? It is just so great to see them going and going and thinking one day I will be able to make it through the whole tape like they do. Something nice to work up to.

I would like to join in the Body blast rotation forum if there is one.

Count me in as one of the ones that stands there marching in place with my mouth open as Cathe leaps, bounds and squat thrusts on! But it's like you said, "it's something to work up to." I got through Imax with modification and time, and I will get through Imax 2 and BootCamp the same way! :)

If you were not sore from the pyramid training, you might want to check out your weight selections. Not saying you "have to be" but I can't imagine not being even slightly sore if you used weights that challenged your muscles throughout the workouts.
My biceps/forearms still feel PUB and my hamstrings can still testify to PLB! :) if nothing else, I would think there would be some initial soreness just from the fact that this is new to your muscles training in this fashion, so check your weight selections, you might need to train heavier than you did. For me, I made a nice little purchase on Saturday and have added a pair of 3# db to my db family! They're so cute! And will be so used for shoulder work on PUB! Killer shoulder work! :)
