I don't know whether this suggestion would be possible or not, but I'm gonna throw it out here......
On the workouts that contain high impact cardio sections, (ex. Cardio Slam & the Bootcamp) could you
do a short instructional separate chapter where you show what the lower impact modifications could be
in the workout itself....not in the actual workout, but just a short information visual explanation what to do
when we would get to that exercise.... In that way, we, low impact people, could view that section, see
what to do, and be ready to sub that version in the workout and it would not interrupt the actual workout
for everyone else and the really advanced high impact people wouldn't even have to view that section
unless they wanted to.....It could just be Cathe saying like ok, when we come to the burpees, a lower
impact option could be this......then showing it.etc. Just a thought........
