Hi ladies,
This morning it was yoga and Bollywood dance. Yeah, I finally broke down and did one of the shows on FitTV that are designed for the "Ooh It's January I Think I'll Start Working Out" crowd. In my defense, school was on a two-hour delay and I had time to kill

. This afternoon, I walk the dogs in the snow. Yesterday, we ran two miles for our dog walk. Tomorrow its Providence.
Jane ~ I'm glad you had a good trip. The 50s sound sooo nice and tropical, please send some my way
Cindi ~ The PT sounds interesting. Glad you can keep on running. I'm always amazed at the medical establishments way of saying, "Oh stop doing that and you'll get better". Maybe 80 years ago when people actually did physical labor for work that was true... I find PTs to be very helpful.
Tricia ~ Good luck with your arm! Unfortunately I feel like real healing takes longer than a month. You know, if it hadn't been for my friend, I never would have gotten a gym membership. Things are easiest working out at home and I can really work at my level. I find a lot of group classes aren't really intense enough for me anymore. But I do like some of it, especially the lat pulldown machine. And I hope to love the Zumba. We'll see. I think I love the idea of it
Alisha ~ If it makes you feel any better, this is my list of things I REALLY need the gym for: Zumba, lat pulldown machine (I have a band for it but...), elliptical machine (friend has a treadmill I can use though) and that machine that you can work your lower back on (can't remember the name). Oh well, so yeah I don't really think its worth paying $40 or $50 a month for but since I got on real cheap as a "buddy" its okay.
