New rotation _ Oct ?

I have only been following Cathe's rotations for 2 months now. Since the new one hasn't been posted yet (should start today even though we're still in Sept right?) my brain is like mush & I can't figure it out on my own. :confused::confused::confused:
What did I ever do before? :p
 
Cathe always posts the new rotation right before the 1st day of the month (probably tomorrow night). I've been following her rotations for years. What I usually do is repeat 1 week of the current rotation I'm on (because I can't make one up for myself either!) because if you look at the calendar, you'll see that you will still have 4 weeks in the month starting next week in which to complete the new rotation (they're always 4 week rotations). What would we do without Cathe---she has to make the workouts and then spell out for us how/when to use them--gotta love her!!!

I too would like to know what kind of results people have had following Cathe's rotations. I also started following them 2 months ago and feel heavier!?!:eek: (though I don't own a scale so I can't be sure...my eating is ~80% clean and hasn't changed). I'm planning on doing a circuit rotation this month unless the one Cathe posts looks really good.;)
 
What are your results like since you started following the rotations?



I think I've noticed some strength gains since following the rotations. I began these after coming back from the July RT & was pumped up from the trip. I think I kicked things up a notch which may also contribute to my gains. Either way it takes the guess work out of it for me, most of the time.
 
I've had great results, as far as maintaining my size and seeing more definition. I've been too lax with my diet, or my results would be even better. I've learned that I respond better to more cardio and circuits vs. heavier weight training. I love to do both, so like for this month I'll follow the rotation but probably add on cardio.
