new pure barre

Wish I had mine to let you know! I have no doubt they'll be fantastic tho! No one can fry my bottom like Carrie!:p
 
is there any upper body work? please let me know how you like them when you give them a try.

I only have the Lowry Lofts 2 not 1 (and the pilates ring). It is about 45 min., It has a 10 min warm up with ab work, knee dancing, and a little upper body work, pushups, tricep pushups, tricep dips, and some arm work using the ring. Then it has standing (holding on to support) thigh work with ring (this is killer :eek:) it also has some standing glute work. Then back to floor for more ab work with ring and stretching throughout. I like it, mostly for the thigh work. I am wondering what the # 1 is like. Hope this helps!!! :) Linda
