New Mix & Match Menu

I must say I am a little disappointed in how the new mix and match menu will function. Originally I was hoping she meant that there would be a groupings and an individual exercise segment choice, but it looks like it is only going to be listed in groupings. I think this limits the use of the mix and match menu because I mostly use it only when I want to break down the exercise segments into their individual parts and choose among them.

I am hoping though, that when you choose the group, there will be a sub listing of the individual exercises. Crossing my fingers.
 
I have to admit that I have never used the Mix and Match menu on any of Cathe's dvds (how awful is that?! :eek:) so I'm pretty ambivalent to the new menu that she just posted. How is it different from previous mix and match menus?

I can see why you may be disapointed in the way this menu is arranged, compared to what was given in previous workouts.

But as I look at the menu, I am very excited. Let say I want to do my weights in a superset, and I would like to do that 3 times. I can just go to the Round 2 grouping and select it over and over.

How fabulous to have an easy way to superset!
I LOVE individual exercises chaptered but lets face it- if you have Cathes weight collection then we have plenty of that option- there are really only so many different ways to hit body parts with home equipment (unless you have a full gym at home) so its not an issue-
I personally am thrilled that this new series is going to be different in all ways when you put it up next to the rest of the collection! Diversity is what kicks up the fitness levels and keeps those muscles screaming! :7
