OK, I just got my w/os and I'm not to sure how to rotate them. I got:
Low Max
Bootcamp
Muscle End.
GS/Chest & Tri
GS/Back/Shoulder/Bicep
Core Max
I did GS/BSB and Core Max #1 this morning. This is just what I've been looking for! Are any of the above considered to be cardio? If not, which cardio w/os are low-impact? Does anyone have any suggstions?-----PLEASE!! :)

Susan, you should post this on the open discussion board for more input.

LowMax is cardio only and low impact
BootCamp is more of a circuit type workout. The others are of course weight workouts, except for CoreMax.

Cathe has one other cardio video called Low Impact Step or LIS, which is cardio only and considered low impact. All of her other cardios are high impact to very high impact. IMHO.

Thanks, I'll do that! I've always shied away from Cathe's workouts because of the high & very high impact. But I would like to achieve at least half of her muscle tone!;) The GS w/os are awesome.

LowMax would be considered low impact cardio. Bootcamp will get your heart rate up as well - its a circuit-style workout that consists of 8 cycles: cardio, lower body, upper body & core. There is a cardio-only premix that you could use to add some variety to your workout.

As far as other low-impact cardio recommendations go, I consider all-step workouts (like Rhythmic Step) in that category. While they are higher impact, the kickboxing workouts are really fun/challening as well!

Check out some of Cathe's posted rotations (pinned post, above). Substitute using the workouts you have (keep in mind, you can use premixes as well -- i.e.: use the cardio/kickboxing premix of bootcamp as a substitute for a kicboxing workout).

Thanks for all the tips, Holly. I've done BC/CT once, BC/BSB twice. and LM this morning. They are so tough, but I love them! I used to think I was an advanced exerciser--hehehe! ;)
