OK, I just got my w/os and I'm not to sure how to rotate them. I got:
Low Max
Bootcamp
Muscle End.
GS/Chest & Tri
GS/Back/Shoulder/Bicep
Core Max
I did GS/BSB and Core Max #1 this morning. This is just what I've been looking for! Are any of the above considered to be cardio? If not, which cardio w/os are low-impact? Does anyone have any suggstions?-----PLEASE!!
