Hi there. I would consider myself in an advanced fitness level. I used The Firm for years and just recently got acquinted with Cathe's tapes. Wow, what a boost to my workout! I just have one concern. Will I get bigger when using more and heavier weights than I have in the past? I'm 5'2", 110 lbs. sz 4. I don't want to get bigger, just more defined. The tapes I've purchased are: Upper & Lower Body Pyramid, Low Max, Circuit Max, Step Works, Maximum Intensity and Imax 2. Are these good choices and how should I rotate?
