New Cathe workout user

Hi there. I would consider myself in an advanced fitness level. I used The Firm for years and just recently got acquinted with Cathe's tapes. Wow, what a boost to my workout! I just have one concern. Will I get bigger when using more and heavier weights than I have in the past? I'm 5'2", 110 lbs. sz 4. I don't want to get bigger, just more defined. The tapes I've purchased are: Upper & Lower Body Pyramid, Low Max, Circuit Max, Step Works, Maximum Intensity and Imax 2. Are these good choices and how should I rotate?

Hi Christine! I'm not Cathe, but I may be able to give you some advice. I'm also 5'2", 115 lbs., size 3-4 and I would also consider myself to be advanced. When I increased in weight I really didn't get a whole lot bigger, just harder. For more definition though, I like using medium weight and doing lots of reps. It all depends on your body type too, though.
It sounds like you have a good variety of videos (but I have questions about mine, too.) I've posted several messages about the topic of choosing videos myself, with almost no responses at all. Good luck!
