I thought perhaps the Paceweights might work better with STS in mind when you have to increase your weights small percentages. If I bought the Platemates wouldn't I have only weight increases of whatever the Platemates weights are? Aren't the Paceweights just 1/2 pound increments? Yeah, I did notice it is more money, though :-(
Ummm, yeah, I could sell the Sportblock or Reebok(and maybe I will eventually), but, it is nice to have those when I have to switch to different weights fast in some of Cathe's other DVD's. I kind of figure out what weights I need ahead of time and adjust them so I can just pick them up real fast. So, like I said, I COULD sell them, but, I am also kind of a packrat!!!
I think the barbell will be my next investment, though!
