Hi guys,:)

I've decided once again to restart P90X. But, I swear too you its' hard for me to completely let go of Cathe, I just cant do it ;(

However, after looking at Shelley, results brought back sweet memories, :p I started with the classic and I quit after my third week (I missed Cathe) but after 3 week I was getting ‘mad’ compliments from folks.

I haven’t touch them since, not really every now and then I wipe the dusks off and neatly put them back on my shelf :+

So this is what I need to know. I’m going to restart the Classic rotation tomorrow :) :p On days that I'm doing P90x UB do you guys think I could possible add on MIS UB? Do you think its to much? Thank you :) :)

You absolutely do NOT need to add any upper body to the P90X rotation. Those muscles need time to recoup from the hard workout you're giving them.

Also, there's plenty of places you can sub a Cathe workout here and there, so you can still get your Cathe fix!

Teddygirl.... If you are really workin' your weight increases in P90X there is no way you'd want to add in any MIS!!! This was my 2nd week of Arms & Shoulders... I increased the wts of last week by just 2 pounds and I am SPENT... I blew off my "itty bitty interval" I added in because my body needs no more of anything today... If I get a second wind tonight I'll do a bit of cardio but I burned 300 calories doing just my P90..... I know you like to workout ALL DAY! lol but honestly less is more sometimes. ;-)

Why not use Cathe to sub for cardio instead of muscle? KPC or CK or KM works for the KenpoX, I would think the Cardio Fusion DVD would work for PlyoX - you could always do just the Drills from Drill Max and the power circuits from BM2 and repeat to be more like Plyo X. There's all sorts of ways to get your Cathe fix and still get the benie's from P90X.
