Need updated Fat Loss/Muscle Def Rotation

Dear Educated Cathe Crowd,

I'm wanting an updated fat loss and muscle definition rotation using some of Cathe's newer dvd's and videos.
I currently own the following:

dvd:
bb series
terminator
ab hits

vhs: all but step fit, step heat, wedding video.

I notice greater improvements following rotations since october '03. Probably because the rotations give me more variety. Looking back at my workout logs prior to rotations, I tended to do the same workouts over and over. Funny since I have almost all of Cathe's workouts either on dvd or vhs. Hopefully this summer I can get the Intensity Series on DVD-but the vhs works fine for now. After receiving bb in dvd, I'm really wanting all the options for the Intensity series as well.

Jillybean-if your out there how about setting me up with one of your great rotations.

some of us have been roughly following the Muscle & Fitness Hers rotation that was posted here ealier (I think under "6 week fat blasting rotation wanted"). I posted today what I'm going to do this week in the Bikini Body check-in and am going to work on typing up the rest of my workouts for the next 7 weeks.
Hope this helps- add w/clean eating and water and it should be a pretty productive rotation!

Thanks Brenda. I just printed it out and am going through and adding (as best as I can), the cathe workouts that will fit the bill for this to my April/May workout Calendar. Since I often go to the gym at lunch I will have some flexibility on cardio equipment, and since the weather will be in the 60's all week I may be doing some outside running....Yeah!

Hi Brenda,

Were you able to post the workouts you would be doing for the M&F rotation? I would like to start tomorrow with either the m&f rotation or the April rotation. I just need some guidance on which workouts are being used for the m&f rotation.
