My daughter is eleven and started cycling with me at the gym two months ago. She is doing great. To mix it up, we tried kickboxing but she didn't like it. She's not the most coordinated kid I pulled out Crossfire and we did the first two sections. Of course, she modified it. But she enjoyed these straight drills so much more. Many of Cathe' s warm ups are perfect for her. I should string them together. Do you have any other suggestions....simple choreography...no step, weights or kickboxing???
