My daughter is eleven and started cycling with me at the gym two months ago. She is doing great. To mix it up, we tried kickboxing but she didn't like it. She's not the most coordinated kid :) I pulled out Crossfire and we did the first two sections. Of course, she modified it. But she enjoyed these straight drills so much more. Many of Cathe' s warm ups are perfect for her. I should string them together. Do you have any other suggestions....simple choreography...no step, weights or kickboxing??? Today my husband joined us for Crossfire...he couldn't breathe...I reminded him this was advanced and to modify :)

How about RWH Low impact HiiT one, cardio core circuit, and STS shock cardio hiit pyramid, modifying as needed?
Maybe some barre segments (like XTrain Legs or Lean Legs & Abs) or floor work like the second half of GS Legs?

Lisa, if you're out there, do you know any Cathe Live workouts that would fit the bill? I'd say any Cathe Live HiiT without the step would be good. Minimal choreography.

4 day Split Boot Camp. No step combos, easy blasts and very very easy to modify intensity. Your husband may even like it!

Great suggestions. Cathe Live, has some great workouts, that would be an excellent choice.

I would definitely recommend Flex Train! When I am not doing a Cathe rotation and just doing my own 30-day made up one, that is the only workout I do twice! Drill Max is another possibility for her. What 11-year-led can resist those leaps and bounds?

Thanks so much for all your suggestions! I did Cardio Fusion the other day and forgot about Drill Max...that would definitely work. I will have to take a look at the other videos. My husband bought me Supersets for Christmas :)

  • High step circuit
  • High step training
You will need dumbbels and Barbells for these. step drills are very easy to follow.
HST require a barbell and is the toughest.---- A progression of these two is High step challenge.

I suggest a light barbell with no weight to begin with:)
