Need suggestions for lower body workout

I own Butts & Guts and I really love it. However, every time I do it and actually try kinda hard to keep up, I can't hardly move for the next three days.

Are there any other lower body workouts that are a little more intermediate that can help me build lower body strength without all this pain?
 
Do you have Legs and Glutes? There are some great premixes on there. What about any of the lowerbody portions of the full body workouts?
 
You could also try some of the shorter premixes on Butts and Guts, or do just the standing work, and/or put longer breaks between exercises (maybe putting some light stretching in the breaks) and/or skip some of the exercises. (But watch out, because the "lower body blast" premix is shorter, but it's tough!)
 
I totally vote for Legs and Glutes- this one is KILLER!!! I just did it this morning and definitely felt it (and still am). PLUS- the premixes with Kick, Punch and Crunch on this DVD just can't be beat!! LOVE IT!
 
Leaner legs from the CTX series. If you buy CTX you get so many different workouts, and Leaner Legs is a "killer" good one. You will be lightening your weight for awhile I guarentee!
