Need some more subs. 4 w/o's.

Hello ladies,

I have to lay off of step aerobic right now and want to know if I can do any of cathes workouts in place of them? I am doing the butts and gutts rotation and need to sub some of the step w/o's. these are workouts I need subs. for. CTX Step&Intervals,Imax's,Rythmic step.


Appreciate any of your help!

Not nearly the expert here that others are, but for the interval workouts, you could use KickMax since it has that blast at the end, in CTX, Cathe has some hi/lo intervals, for Rhythmic Step, any steady state cardio, hi/lo, kickbox should help. If impact is the problem, elliptial trainers are great! HTH
 
My suggestion is to do kickboxing and MIC (hi/lo) when alternating step workouts. My back of my ankle hurts if I do step two days in a row. SJP has a short hi/lo premix.
