Need some advice ......

i just started STS on Monday and the first workout killed me!!!!! Today i did disc 2 , back and triceps, i was BORED !!! Now let me say that i have a herniated disc in my back so i can't do hardly any of the back work. For triceps i think i should have went heavier. Should i skip this disc all together or should i do what i can????? i just didn't feel like i got a workout. Now this is NOT Cathe's fault !!!! She is the BEST!!!!! It's just i can not even bend over at ALL !!! any suggestions ????????????

No one ever wants to comment on advice for working out w/back issues;)
I listen to my body as should you. I'm sure it can be a boring workout if you can't work out your back like you want. Modify, modify, modify.

I would do the tricep work mostly, and keep on using STS the way it was intended, within your limitations. Hope this helps!
